Job summary

International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in Pakistan seeks a Project Management Assistant to support the implementation of the EU-funded project and other border management initiatives. You will organize travel and logistics for project events, assist with procurement processes, and maintain project documentation in line with ICMPD procedures.

Proficiency in English and Urdu is required. This recruitment is contingent upon the signature of the contract with the donor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Urdu (verbal/written) is required.
• Supports procurement processes and travel logistics.
• Maintains project documentation in line with ICMPD procedures.
• Assists with procurement plan development, market outreach and equipment transfer.
