Job summary

Human Rights Commission of Pakistan-HRCP seeks a Project Manager in Lahore to oversee an EU-funded action advancing freedom of expression and digital rights in Pakistan. You will coordinate the action, ensure donor compliance, and manage reporting and budgets with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in social sciences or law and at least five years’ project-management experience, with willingness to travel within Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or law.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing donor-funded human rights projects.
• Excellent reporting, communication and team management skills.
• Able to plan, manage and monitor budgets with donor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, implementation and quality assurance of the EU-funded action.
• Ensure compliance with the logframe, budget and donor requirements.
• Liaise with implementing partner to ensure donor compliance.
• Meet all donor reporting requirements.
