We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to generate qualified meetings, build targeted prospect lists, and lead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold outreach.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of software development services.

Responsibilities

• Research startups, SMEs, agencies, and enterprise companies.
• Build targeted prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, referrals, communities, Upwork, business directories, and ethical lead-generation channels.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently until opportunities are closed or disqualified.
