Motive is seeking a Commercial Outbound Account Executive to drive new business with major accounts across the US, Canada, and UK. You will prospect, demonstrate Motive’s software to fleet managers, and collaborate with Account Managers and Freight Ops to expand revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound sales experience, preferably with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK).
• Strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas and growing book of business over time.
• Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset for charting a path to sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business for Motive through developing executive relationships with key prospects.
• Survey prospects to understand pain points and align needs with Motive solution.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and drivers.
• Partner with account team to optimize buying decisions.
• Resolve problems and implement best available solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and quotas.
• Develop understanding of Motive technology platform and market input.
• Study market trends to enable consultative insight.
