Job summary

IMC Certifications in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an Education Counselor (Sales) to guide prospective students, promote professional certification programs, and manage leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. The role is full-time and on-site, with working days Monday–Saturday and hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in Education Sales or related fields, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Education Sales, Admissions, Student Counselling, or Telesales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• EdTech or education sales experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and handle assigned leads.
• Provide information and guidance about certification programs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to generate enrollment opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM activities.
