The candidate will oversee daily operations, set targets, monitor progress, and coordinate recruitment and training to boost team performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field is required.
• Experience in team management, sales, student counselling, or customer relations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage targets, improve team performance, and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the student counselling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Set daily and monthly targets and monitor progress against established performance goals.
• Guide counsellors in student engagement, timely follow-ups, and enrolment conversions.
• Maintain professional communication standards and ensure quality student service.
• Monitor student inquiries, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Train and motivate team members to strengthen their skills and achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with management on recruitment, team performance, and operational requirements.
