Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience and skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
• Qualify leads and understand customers' professional goals and training requirements.
• Recommend relevant certification programs based on customer needs.
• Explain course details, program benefits, enrollment procedures, and available payment plans.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
