Partner with Product and stakeholders, identify risks, drive improvements, and mentor talent. This role suits a hands-on leader who combines technical excellence with people management. Experience in Agile/Scrum and distributed teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior/Lead Engineer or Team Lead.
• Experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.
• Strong understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and people-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an engineering team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and help engineers grow.
• Improve team ways of working, ownership, and collaboration.
• Work closely with Product/POs and stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
• Identify delivery, team, or process risks and drive resolution.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.
• Guide the team on effective and responsible AI usage.
• Promote good practices around quality, observability, incidents, and automation.
