Digifloat in Islamabad seeks an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead to guide software, data, AI and development initiatives. You will lead engineers, data engineers, and ML specialists to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hands-on coding with Python/Java/.NET/Node.js, plus a track record of delivering data pipelines and AI models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong command of Python, Java, .NET or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms.
• Proven ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists.
• Define the technical roadmap for development, data, and AI initiatives.
• Architect scalable, secure systems across web, mobile, and backend.
• Oversee data pipelines and AI/ML model deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish engineering processes and code quality standards.
• Manage sprint planning, resources, and project execution.
