Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, sales, and operational roles.
• Publish job openings on LinkedIn, portals, and social platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate HR screening, interviews, and final selections.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, and working schedules.
• Support performance reviews and probation evaluations.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and escalate when required.
• Assist with policies, disciplinary documentation, and workplace standards.
• Coordinate offboarding, clearance, and exit processes.
• Support employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, and company information.
• Prepare HR reports for management with recruitment and workforce updates.
