Job summary

Taraki is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Employee Experience to lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will drive engagement initiatives, streamline processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee journey.

The role reports to the Head of HR/HR Director and is based at our Lahore Head Office. A strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder collaboration will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of HR experience at Manager/Assistant Manager level.
• Strong experience in Employee Experience, Onboarding, and Offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee onboarding and induction process.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and system onboarding.
• Manage and streamline the employee offboarding and exit process.
• Ensure timely completion of exit documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Design and implement employee engagement and experience initiatives.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the employee lifecycle and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain standardized HR processes, checklists, and employee journey touchpoints.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments for a seamless experience.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor employee experience metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated effectively to employees.
• Support HR projects related to engagement, culture, and retention.
• Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records and ensure compliance.
