Job summary

TheAppMedia is seeking an Ecommerce professional to support online commerce operations from its Rawalpindi location. This role will help maintain effective digital storefront operations and provide a smooth experience for customers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include updating product listings, monitoring orders and payments, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting promotional campaigns to optimize the online shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online catalog management, order processing, and digital merchandising.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, categories, and pricing.
• Understanding of inventory coordination, fulfilment workflows, returns, payments, and customer support processes.
• Basic ability to interpret ecommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, order value, and product performance.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, time management, and follow-through.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, web-based business tools, content updates, and routine reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to coordinate across technical, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and inventory information across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor orders, payments, fulfilment status, returns, and customer queries while coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Review storefront content and product data for accuracy, consistency, and timely publication.
• Track ecommerce performance indicators and prepare routine reports on sales activity, traffic, conversions, and stock status.
• Support promotional campaigns, merchandising updates, and improvements to the online shopping journey.
• Identify operational issues and contribute to practical process and platform enhancements.
