Brands Trade is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations & Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional projects across Shopify-based stores. You will supervise six departmental Team Leads and drive KPIs, store performance, and timely execution of operational plans.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate directly with the CEO to align on strategic objectives and growth initiatives.

Formación

• 5–7 years of professional experience in e-commerce.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, project management, or team management.
• Supervising multiple teams, departments, or Team Leads.
• Practical knowledge of Shopify-based businesses and e-commerce operations.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPR, revenue, confirmation rates, cancellation rates, delivery ratios, and returns.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects across Shopify stores.
• Directly supervise six departmental Team Leads and monitor KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards; identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily operations across Marketing, Customer Support, Logistics, Warehouse, Product Research, and Finance.
• Prepare structured daily/weekly/monthly performance updates for management.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
