Job summary

HexaClicks in Lahore is seeking an E-commerce Executive to work with the E-commerce Manager on growing our online stores. You will manage Shopify operations, analyze performance, and implement improvements across product pages and journeys.

You will collaborate with designers and developers, help launches and redesigns, and stay ahead of CRO, UX/UI, and market trends to expand our e-commerce presence from Gulberg V, Lahore.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

E-commerce Executive
We\'re looking for an E-commerce Executive to work closely with the E-commerce Manager on managing, improving, and expanding our online stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily e-commerce store operations and Shopify management.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, product, and industry research to identify opportunities.
• Analyze websites and identify improvements for CTR, CVR, user experience, and sales.
• Research and suggest improvements to product pages, landing pages, navigation, CTAs, website structure, and customer journey.
• Work with designers and developers to plan website pages, layouts, features, functionality, and implementation.
• Review website designs and development work to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist with new store launches, website redesigns, brand building, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyze store performance and continuously research new ideas, best practices, products, markets, trends, and opportunities for e-commerce expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce and Shopify.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of CRO, UX/UI, CTR, CVR, and customer journey.
• Strong eye for design, branding, layout, and user experience.
• Ability to work effectively with designers and developers.
• Good understanding of Shopify store structure and functionality.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to identify and suggest improvements.
• Coding/development skills are not required, but an understanding of website development and Shopify functionality is preferred.
