Job summary

Premier Housewares is seeking an E‑Commerce Growth Lead/Manager to drive growth across the online business from traffic to conversion. You will own performance trackers and coordinate closely with marketing, operations, CRM, and website teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven and stock-ready.

You will review daily Shopify sales, optimize conversion, AOV, and returning customers, and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with the UK market will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate weekly growth priorities into execution tasks for each department resource.
• Own the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list, and decision log.
• Coordinate between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO, and management.
• Ensure product, campaign, website, stock, pricing, and reporting inputs are aligned before campaigns go live.
• Review daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion, AOV, returning customer rate, and revenue by channel.
• Escalate access issues, approval delays, stock problems, website bugs, tracking gaps, and resource performance issues.
• Prepare the weekly management update with key wins, losses, blockers, next actions, and required decisions.
• Ensure all team members submit their reports on the agreed frequency and format.
• Maintain accountability for the complete e-commerce lifecycle from traffic to conversion, order coordination, retention, and reporting.
