• Strong knowledge of fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency in shipping and customs documentation.
• Good numerical and inventory reconciliation skills.

• Problem-solving skills to investigate exceptions.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound e-commerce shipments.
• Manage order processing workflows.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Track shipments end-to-end and investigate delays.
• Use WMS/TMS and e-commerce platforms for reporting.
• Coordinate returns processing and refurbishment workflows.
• Engage with clients for operational updates and support.
