Company: Tekxs (Pvt. Ltd.). Location: Lahore.
Tekxs is a Lahore-based logistics and supply chain company providing technology-driven freight forwarding, contract warehousing, inventory management, customs clearance, last-mile distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment across Pakistan. We support manufacturers, retailers, and SMEs with an integrated operations hub in Lahore and regional partner networks. The E-Commerce SCM Agent will manage day-to-day supply chain activities for e-commerce clients, ensuring timely processing, inventory accuracy, and seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound and outbound e-commerce shipments, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams to meet SLA targets.
- Manage order processing workflows: picking, packing, labeling, and handover to last-mile delivery partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate stock status to clients and sales teams.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, liaise with customs clearance teams when required, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Track shipments end-to-end, investigate delays or exceptions, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
- Use WMS/TMS and e-commerce platforms to update order statuses, generate reports, and analyze operational KPIs.
- Coordinate returns processing and refurbishment workflows to maximize recovery and minimize turnaround time.
- Engage with clients to provide regular operational updates, manage service tickets, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
The role reports to the Operations Supervisor. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating with warehouse staff, carriers, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable fulfillment services.
Job Specification
- Practical experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or comparable systems).
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment workflows: picking, packing, labeling, returns, and last-mile handover procedures.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting shipping and customs documentation for domestic and cross-border shipments.
- Good numerical and inventory reconciliation skills, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Ability to use Excel for reporting, pivot tables, and basic data analysis to track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and return rates.
- Problem-solving skills to investigate exceptions, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with internal teams, external carriers, and clients.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client SKUs and concurrent orders without sacrificing accuracy.
