Chefiality in Lahore is seeking an E-commerce Manager to grow and optimize the online store for chefs and bakers. You will oversee listings, pricing, stock accuracy, and promotions while coordinating with marketing, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.

The role focuses on improving customer experience, monitoring performance, and delivering regular sales reports in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chefiality’s online store, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep product information, stock availability, and images accurate.
• Monitor sales and website performance, and suggest ways to improve.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Help improve the customer shopping experience and resolve online store issues.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and store performance.
