Minimum 10 years ICT management experience with at least 5 years in leadership/strategic roles.
Experience in HEIs or large organizations and in ICT transformation initiatives.

Provide strategic leadership and management of the University’s ICT systems and services.
Architect and implement the entire ICT infrastructure including data centers, networks, and servers.
Develop and execute the ICT strategy aligned with the University’s vision and goals.

Ensure regulatory compliance and support academic/administrative functions through technology.
