Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Media Science or Graphic Design from HEС-recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of web design, development and multimedia production experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong command of graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and SEO techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the university website and digital platforms.
• Create visual content, layouts, and interfaces aligned with the university’s branding.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and security of web applications.
• Collaborate with IT, media, and communication teams for online publications and campaigns.
• Implement UI/UX best practices for improved user experience.
• Troubleshoot and update web systems, plugins, and databases needed.
• Support the digital transformation and online visibility initiatives of the university.
