Job summary

ICAP invites applications for a Karachi-based Director of Information Technology to drive the organization's technology agenda, including information technology, digital platforms, AI, cybersecurity, data governance and tech operations.

Reporting to the Secretary/CEO with governance oversight, this role leads automation, system modernization and analytics, shaping secure, scalable, future-ready solutions across ICAP's regulatory, education, examination, member services and operations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation or a related discipline from an HE C recognized University/Institute.
Minimum 10 years of technology experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud/data platforms and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ICAP’s technology, digital and data strategy.
Lead IT operations, enterprise applications, digital platforms, AI enablement, cybersecurity and data governance.
Drive automation, system modernization, analytics, technology governance and vendor performance.
