Job summary

Oxiliry is seeking an experienced Director - Marketing to lead the overall B2B marketing strategy and growth initiatives for Rebiz. The role emphasizes demand generation, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue-driven campaigns.

You will develop integrated multi-channel programs, optimize ABM efforts, manage budgets and HubSpot-based automation, collaborate with sales and product teams, and mentor a high-performing marketing group to accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
• Lead demand generation initiatives to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, outbound campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Oversee HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and reporting.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Strengthen brand positioning, content marketing, SEO, website performance, and digital presence.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, strategic partnerships, and acquisition channels.
• Establish marketing KPIs, performance dashboards, and weekly and monthly reporting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
