Qualifications

• Experience creating direct response videos for DTC brands.
• Proficiency with professional video-editing software is required.
• Experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns by testing edits, hooks, and structures.
• Ensure videos meet brand standards and provided instructions.
