Incubator Lab is a fully remote team seeking a Video Editor to craft short-form paid social ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will work asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams to drive performance and scale winning creative.

The role requires 2+ years in D2C/e‑commerce video editing, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, After Effects, and comfort with AI video tools. Remote-first environment with overlapping hours to US EST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in D2C/e-commerce video editing.
• Portfolio of high-performing paid social ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
• Experience editing health/wellness/supplement brands.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder; basic After Effects.
• Strong English communication; remote-friendly; async work.

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form paid social video ads.
• Iterate on creative based on performance insights.
• Apply hooks, pacing, CTAs; maintain quality across high-volume output.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams.
