Job summary

Abbott Nutrition in Pakistan and Iraq is seeking a Digital Strategy & Engagement Manager to lead the digital marketing effort, drive brand growth, and strengthen consumer and healthcare professional engagement. You will develop and execute digital strategies, manage campaigns across social platforms, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Sales and CRM teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

BS in Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, brand marketing, or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital strategy for Abbott Nutrition brands in Pakistan and Iraq.
Lead digital campaigns across social media, search, video, and other digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Manage agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution and performance.
Partner with Marketing, Medical, Sales, Legal and CRM teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Use audience insights and data to improve targeting and personalization.
Support digital commerce and conversion initiatives across online channels/e-commerce.
