Abnfood (Pvt. Ltd.) in Multan, Pakistan, is seeking aMarketing Specialist to grow brand awareness and engage local customers. You will create and manage content across Facebook and Instagram, engage audiences, and collaborate with operations and customer service for offers and updates.

The role requires strong English/Urdu writing, experience with social platforms, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in consumer services or retail.
Strong writing and copy-editing skills in English and Urdu; ability to craft concise, engaging captions.
Familiarity with social analytics, including reach, engagement, impressions, and CTR.
Practical experience with Facebook and Instagram tools like Pages, Creator Studio, and Ads Manager.
Basic photo and video editing using Canva, Adobe Spark, or equivalents.
Ability to develop content calendars and use scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
Good interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination and timely customer responses.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and local platforms tailored to Multan customers.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and short-form content, including images, captions, and basic video clips.
Monitor social accounts daily and respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally.
Track performance metrics, produce weekly reports, and recommend optimizations to boost engagement and reach.
Coordinate with operations and customer service to promote offers, events, and service updates.
