DotYeti is seeking a 3D and AI Art Director to lead our visual identity with a digital-first approach. You will drive creative direction across 3D, CGI, motion, and AI-enabled campaigns, collaborating with design, sales, and marketing.

You’ll mentor a multidisciplinary team, champion experimentation, and present bold concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring innovative outcomes that elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a senior creative role within a digital agency, creative tech studio, or startup.
• Strong portfolio showing 3D assets, motion design, and immersive campaigns.
• Proficiency with standard design suites (Figma, Adobe CC) and 3D/motion tools like Cinema 4D or Blender; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the visual identity with a digital-first focus.
• Oversee ideation and execution of campaigns integrating 3D elements, CGI, motion, and interactive activations.
• Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into the design workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a multidisciplinary design team.
• Pitch concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clear rationale behind high-tech visuals.
