• Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with mandatory agency or fast-paced creative environment experience, and a strong conceptual portfolio.
• Adopt a strong AI-first approach, using AI tools as a primary driver for ideation, concept generation, and execution.
• Have hands-on experience with leading AI tools such as Runway, Google AI Studio, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly (Video) and more, with a particular strength in AI-generated video content.
• Are highly proficient in creative prompting, able to tailor, refine, and iterate prompts to achieve precise visual styles, moods, and narratives.
• Confidently combine AI-generated assets with motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Excel in static design and visual storytelling using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design with a social-first approach, creating engaging content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Have a sharp eye for emerging design trends, AI capabilities, and what captures attention in fast-moving digital environments.
• Know how to take a brief, push it creatively, and explore multiple visual directions through AI before final execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver bold, high-impact ideas with minimal iterations.
• Present a versatile portfolio showcasing AI-generated concepts, AI video work, static design, and motion graphics with a high standard of craft.
