Job summary

AIO Marketing in Islamabad seeks an experienced Design Lead to own and elevate the design function across brand systems, motion, and 3D output. You will shape standards, queues, tooling, and file structures while delivering high-quality content for social, web, decks, and events.

You will collaborate with social, product marketing, website, sales and the U.S. team, mentoring designers and ensuring on-time delivery with a bias for quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design with 1–2 years leading design work or a small team.
• Portfolio of 6+ projects showing range (campaign, web, collateral, decks) with your role notes.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe CC; able to direct motion/3D even if not producing them.
• Proven ownership: built or ran a design system, queue or function with measurable changes.
• Obsessive attention to detail with a bias for shipping, and ability to explain how you balance both.
• Daily use of AI design tools with a clear view on where they help and where they don’t.
• Ownership mindset: run your area, set a high bar, act proactively.
• Ship fast and right first time; ask upfront questions and bring proposals.
• Coordinate with US team across time zones without waiting for introductions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design function end to end: brand system, quality bar, intake and prioritisation, turnaround SLAs, tooling and file structure.
• Design high-stakes work: campaign creative, website pages, sales decks, launch assets and event collateral.
• Enforce the AIO brand system across designers, motion and 3D and extend it as the company grows.
• Build templates, component libraries and AI-assisted workflows for fast turnarounds and premium work.
• Review and direct motion and 3D output as the accountable owner of AIO’s look.
• Run the design roadmap and check-ins with social, product marketing, website, sales and the U.S. team.
• Use AI tools daily to concept, iterate and produce.
• Grow the team's craft through feedback, standards and hiring input.
