Lead Motion Designer: 3D Visualization for Hardware & Demos

Job summary

AIO is looking for a dedicated 3D specialist to own the visual system for our devices and software, delivering consistent renders, textures and icons for POS, mPOS, Kiosk, KDS and social assets. You will work from Islamabad within our in-house marketing team to raise the visual standard across websites, products and events.

You will collaborate with designers and the 2D motion designer, manage the 3D asset library, and ship fast with minimal revisions, aligning with UI changes and product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion design with owned 3D product work (reels with breakdowns).
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender and renderers (Redshift/Octane/Cycles).
• Advanced After Effects for compositing and 2D/3D integration.
• Eye for realistic lighting, materials and clean styling; low revision delivery.
• Daily use of AI tools in the production pipeline with examples.

Responsibilities

• Own AIO's 3D visual system: model, texture, light and render every device and 3D icon in Cinema 4D or Blender to one consistent standard.
• Animate 3D product demos, feature reveals and launch videos, and composite with 2D in After Effects.
• Run the 3D asset library so website, product marketing, sales and social can self-serve renders and stills, keeping it current as hardware and UI change.
• Coordinate directly with website (hero visuals, product pages), product marketing (launches), social (weekly 3D content) and events (NRA Show and trade-show collateral).
• Deliver finished, spec-correct work the first time: platform formats, brand, exports and file hygiene.
• Optimise scenes and render pipelines for speed, using AI-assisted 3D, texturing and image tools to shorten production.
• Work with product and design so renders match real devices and current UI.
