Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience with team leadership.
• Strong portfolio and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video production, branding, and social media creatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall creative direction and visual identity of the company and its real estate projects.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, project launches, events, digital media, and promotional activities.
• Manage and guide Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators, and other creative resources.
• Review and approve designs, videos, animations, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong creative concepts, campaign themes, and visual communication.
• Ensure consistent branding, design standards, tone, and visual quality across all platforms.
• Supervise video shoots, photography, editing, post-production, and other production activities.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Digital Media, Sales, Brand, and Production teams.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop innovative ideas to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
