Job summary

Strategic Systems International seeks a Design Lead to own the SSI visual execution across all touchpoints. You will translate brand and content strategy into high-quality visual outputs, ensuring consistency, craft, and excellence in design.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide a team of designers, evolve visual systems, and collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to scale visual assets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in design and art direction.
• Strong background in brand, marketing, and communication design.
• Proven experience leading visual execution across multiple formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual language of the SSI brand across all mediums.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems.
• Maintain visual guidelines and design systems for consistency and quality.
• Lead hands-on design work across brand assets, campaigns, decks, and digital assets.
• Elevate design work produced by others and set high typography standards.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Build scalable design systems and leverage AI to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a strong internal creative culture.
