Job summary

AIO Marketing in Islamabad is seeking a seasoned design leader to own and elevate the entire design function. You will shape the brand system, guide motion and 3D output, and collaborate with social, product marketing, website, sales, and the U.S.

team to ship high-quality work on time. The role demands 5+ years in design, 1–2 years leading a team, and a strong portfolio across campaigns, web, and collateral.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design, including at least 1–2 years leading design work or a small team, in-house or at an agency, digital-first.
• A portfolio of 6+ projects showing breadth (campaign, web, collateral, decks) with role notes.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe CC; able to guide motion/3D even if not producing.
• Proven ownership: built or ran a design system, queue or function with visible changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the design function end to end: brand system, quality bar, intake and prioritisation, SLAs, tooling and file structure.
• Design the highest-stakes work yourself: campaign creative, website pages, sales decks, launch assets and event collateral.
• Set and enforce the brand system across designers, motion and 3D; extend as the company grows.
• Build templates, component libraries and AI-assisted workflows for speed and quality.
• Review and direct motion and 3D output as the single point of accountability for how AIO looks.
• Run the design roadmap and check-ins with internal teams and the U.S. team.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Figma AI, Claude) daily to concept, iterate and produce.
• Grow the team's craft through feedback, standards and hiring input.
