Job summary

AIO is seeking a skilled 3D motion designer to own the 3D visual system for our devices and interfaces. You will model, texture, light, and render all products and 3D icons using Cinema 4D or Blender, with clean integration into 2D motion for social, web, and events.

You will animate product demos and launch videos, manage the 3D asset library, and collaborate with website, product marketing, social, and events teams across time zones to deliver on time with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion design with a reel and at least 3 pieces of finished 3D product work you owned.
• Strong in 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) with lighting, materials, and camera animation.
• Advanced After Effects for compositing and 2D/3D integration.
• Eye for realistic lighting, materials and minimal styling.
• Track record of low-revision delivery and managing your own queue.
• Daily use of AI tools in the pipeline with examples.
• Ownership mindset and proactive proposing of solutions.
• Comfort coordinating with US team and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own AIO's 3D visual system: model, texture, light and render devices and icons.
• Animate 3D demos, feature reveals and launch videos; composite with 2D in After Effects.
• Run the 3D asset library so teams can self-serve renders and stills.
• Coordinate with website visuals, product marketing, social, and events.
• Deliver finished, spec-correct work with proper exports and file hygiene.
• Optimize scenes and render pipelines; use AI-assisted tools to speed up production.
• Ensure renders match real devices and current UI.
