Job summary

Scalemill is seeking a Design Specialist to create engaging visual content across social media, websites, marketing materials and branding assets. You will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality designs that strengthen Scalemill's brand and support business growth.

The role requires delivering graphics for digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to multimedia projects including videos and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Sciences, Fine Arts or a related field
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential
• At least 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, branding, digital marketing or a related role
• A strong design portfolio showcasing digital and branding work is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, case studies, newsletters, job ads and other marketing materials
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics and branded content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
• Ensure all creative work follows Scalemill's brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Design assets optimized for both digital and print platforms
• Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Create visual content for campaigns, reels, stories, advertisements and promotional activities
• Support the marketing team in developing creative assets for content calendars and paid marketing campaigns
• Design visuals that improve engagement, brand awareness and campaign performance
• Design logos, presentations, sales collateral, company profiles, newsletters and promotional materials
• Maintain consistency across all online and offline branding
• Develop creative concepts that strengthen Scalemill's visual identity
• Design visuals for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies and email marketing campaigns
• Capture, edit and enhance photos and videos for office events, workshops and marketing initiatives
• Create short-form videos, reels and multimedia content for digital platforms
• Work closely with Marketing, HR and other departments to understand design requirements
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to continuously improve creative output
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI tools and digital marketing best practices
• Explore new creative ideas, tools and techniques to improve design quality and workflow
• Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, user-friendly and optimized for different platforms
