Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking a Production & Inventory Planning professional to manage demand forecasts, production requirements, and material availability. The role aims to balance stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize shortages.

You will develop production plans, coordinate with Production, PPC, Sales and Commercial teams, monitor MRP, and prepare inventory and planning reports using SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure effective production and stock planning.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to prevent production delays.
• Manage inventory coverage and maintain optimal stock levels across assigned SKUs.
• Plan stock replenishment for locally manufactured and imported products to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and showrooms based on business requirements.
• Monitor production plan execution, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective measures.
• Coordinate with R&D and Category teams to support new product development (NPD) and product launch readiness.
• Analyze demand trends, production capacity, and stock requirements to improve planning efficiency.
• Prepare inventory and production planning reports while ensuring accurate data management through SAP/ERP systems
