Job summary

Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. in Lahore is seeking a Production and Inventory Planning professional to align demand forecasts with production requirements and material availability. You will develop and execute production plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor MRP, and manage inventory coverage to ensure product availability and smooth operations.

Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems is expected. This role supports new product development, stock transfers, and reporting on planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure effective production and stock planning.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to prevent production delays.
• Manage inventory coverage and maintain optimal stock levels across assigned SKUs.
• Plan stock replenishment for locally manufactured and imported products to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and showrooms based on business requirements.
• Monitor production plan execution, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective measures.
• Coordinate with R&D and Category teams to support new product development (NPD) and product launch readiness.
• Analyze demand trends, production capacity, and stock requirements to improve planning efficiency.
• Prepare inventory and production planning reports while ensuring accurate data management through SAP/ERP systems
