The ideal candidate holds BS-MLT (MBBS or MBA preferred) with 8–10 years of CAP-lab experience, and will contribute to training staff and maintaining

• BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) degree is required; MBA preferred
• 08-10 years of experience in a CAP-accredited clinical laboratory in a similar role

• Oversee daily laboratory operations ensuring CAP standards compliance, quality control, method validation, SOP adherence, safety, and oversight of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes.
• Recruit, supervise, and train technical and administrative staff, ensuring competency assessments and ongoing training in line with CAP documentation and validation requirements.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily laboratory operations ensuring compliance with CAP standards, regulatory requirements, quality control, method validation, SOP adherence, laboratory safety, and effective oversight of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes.
• Recruit, supervise, and train technical and administrative staff, ensuring competency assessments, ongoing training, and compliance.
• Support the Laboratory Manager in costing, budgeting, procurement of equipment and supplies, vendor coordination, and implementation of new testing methodologies in accordance with CAP documentation and validation requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), MBA (Preferred)
