Job summary

Cari is seeking a dedicated security leader in Karachi to implement and monitor security policies, manage loss prevention, and lead local security programs aligned with corporate standards and country-specific regulations.

The role requires at least 6 years of experience in safeguarding assets, reducing risk, and building strong relationships with local police and authorities. It is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Intermediate with at least 6 years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement organization security policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal control systems to ensure appropriate security clearance is maintained within the organization.
• Develop and implement local security programs and procedures aligned with corporate standards and country-specific legal requirements to safeguard the company.
• Manage and continuously improve security measures to prevent shoplifting, theft, burglary, pilferage, robbery, fraud or other site-specific criminal actions.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with local police and law enforcement agencies.
• Develop and accomplish annual security business plans.
• Lead and deploy processes and systems to mitigate security risk to the company.
• Enforce compliance with corporate security rules, standards, guidelines and governmental regulations.
• Handle enquiries and related problems.
• Monitor health and safety procedures within the store.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
