Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking a security professional with extensive Armed Forces experience to support Security Services operations and protect the company's pipelines and facilities. The role involves coordinating raids with LEAs, ensuring equipment reliability, and conducting thorough security patrols across sites.

The ideal candidate will have a retirement as Major or equivalent, strong leadership, and willingness to travel by road to hard areas as part of active security

Qualifications

• Graduation with at least 8 years of experience, specifically as a retired Major or equivalent, who has formally served in the Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing security policies and procedures approved by Security Services.
• Assist in implementing security plans and strategies to provide foolproof security and minimize threats.
• Maintain security equipment including CCTV, arms & ammunition and wireless sets.
• Patrol SSGC premises and property for security purposes.
• Inspect assets, equipment, and access points to ensure foolproof security.
• Review vigilance, evidences and intelligence for organizing raids.
• Coordinate with LEAs and provide security support to raid teams.
• Prepare management reports on incidents and security breaches.
• Provide training to security officers and guards.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to assist Security Services operations to ensure the safety and security of SSGC transmission and distribution pipelines, and other office and operations-related facilities. Possess knowledge of culturalnorms and values. The person needs to accompanyraids/operations against GasTheft, coordination with LEA’s for providing security to raiding team and ensure completion. The position requires by road travelling in hard areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation of the security policies, protocols and procedures approved by the management of Security Services department.
• Assist in implementation of security plans and strategies to provide foolproof security and minimize any security threats.
• Assist in ensuring proper maintenance and effective working of security equipment including CCTV camera, arms & ammunition and wireless communication sets.
• Assist in ensuring proper security patrolling of SSGC premises and property.
• Assist in inspecting assets, equipment, and access points for maintaining foolproof security of SSGC assets.
• Assist in the implementation of the security policies, protocols and procedures approved by the management of Security Services department.
• Assist in implementation of security plans and strategies to provide foolproof security and minimize any security threats.
• Assist in ensuring proper maintenance and effective working of security equipment including CCTV camera, arms & ammunition and wireless communication sets.
• Assist in ensuring proper security patrolling of SSGC premises and property.
• Assist in inspecting assets, equipment, and access points for maintaining foolproof security of SSGC assets.
• Review vigilance reports, evidences and intelligence reports required for organizing raids.
• Participate in raids conducted by the SSGC team at the premises of industrial, domestic, commercial and bulk consumers to check and control any theft or illegal use of gas.
• Assist in providing security support to teams involved in inspection of meters to determine if any unauthorized connections.
• Assist in preparing reports for the management on incidents and security breaches.
• Assist in carrying out regular training of the security officers and guards.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
