Bestseller Group is seeking a senior leader to manage denim sourcing and supplier relationships in Pakistan, focusing on design, fabric quality, and timely execution for assigned brands.

The role requires proactive collaboration with suppliers to meet brand trends and buyer requirements while ensuring seamless development to shipment processes. Significant travel to suppliers and Denmark may be involved.

Aufgaben

• Structure and plan development activities for team and suppliers to be ready for buyer meetings and seminars.
• Present new fabrics, trims, and styles at competitive prices.
• Support suppliers during development with brand trends and buyer requirements.
• Encourage suppliers to develop new versions of best-selling styles using Pakistani fabrics.
• Ensure end-to-end processes from development to shipment follow buyer–supplier agreements.
• Resolve production challenges promptly and actively.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and coordinate with the Express Team in Denmark.
• Negotiate prices, capacity, and lead times with suppliers while managing the critical path.
• Regularly evaluate supplier performance and ensure proper records and samples are maintained.
• Follow up on prototype, lab dips, swatches, and pre-production samples for timely approvals.
• Identify and source potential new suppliers and factories, training them to BESTSELLER standards.
• Participate in MM and other team meetings and communicate strategic updates to the team.
