Job summary

Denim in Karachi is seeking a Head of Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement across production lines in the garments sector. You will supervise projects, drive productivity, and coordinate with R&D and operations on new product developments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage safety and investments and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from any reputed university.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform tasks collaboratively in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising functions project with the team members like growing productivity.
• Managing R&D and Operations in leading new product developments effectively.
• Examining of current processes with respect to advancement likely.
• Maintenance and Safety of current systems and making of investments.
• Supervise Plant CI projects robustly.
• Supervise kaizen focused projects
• NPI or engineering development on current product lines.
