Job summary

BESTSELLER in Pakistan seeks a senior sourcing and supplier development leader to drive growth for the denim category. You will manage supplier networks, oversee development from fabric to finish, and ensure alignment with brand targets across multiple lines.

You will negotiate, plan, and monitor capacity, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery and quality while maintaining best-in-class supplier relationships. This role may involve travel to suppliers as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier networks and multi-brand sourcing.
• Ability to negotiate costs, capacity, and lead times with suppliers.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new denim suppliers and designs from Pakistani fabrics to targets for assigned brands.
• Structure activities to prep for buyer meetings, presenting fabrics, trims, and styles at competitive prices.
• Negotiate prices, capacity, and lead times with suppliers while managing critical path.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure fabric/trim sourcing aligns with BESTSELLER requirements.
• Travel to suppliers and Denmark as required to ensure alignment and timely approvals.
