Job summary

BESTSELLER is seeking a senior sourcing leader to grow denim business by developing new suppliers from Pakistani fabrics and delivering stylish, durable designs across assigned brands. You will drive supplier collaboration, ensure adherence to agreements, and oversee development from concept to shipment.

You will negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Express Team in Denmark to meet buyer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop denim product sourcing and supplier networks.
• Negotiate prices, capacity, and lead times with suppliers.
• Plan development activities and ensure timely approvals of samples.

Responsibilities

• Structure and plan development activities for buyer meetings and seminars, presenting fabrics and styles.
• Support suppliers during development aligned with brand trends and requirements.
• Identify and source new suppliers and factories in Pakistan.
• Train and guide suppliers to BESTSELLER requirements.
• Collaborate with quality, CSR, and chemical teams for inspections and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and address production challenges promptly.
• Undertake business trips to suppliers and Denmark as required.
