Job summary

Mous is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own the device accessories category plan end-to-end, including demand, supply and inventory health across cases, screen protectors, accessories and wireless chargers. You will forecast launches, manage allocations across D2C, marketplaces and retail, and drive replenishment and stock transfers with a cross-functional team.

You will report to the S&OP Manager in China and work with Commercial, Procurement, Logistics and Product teams across the UK,

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting for consumer electronics or tech accessories.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and functions.
• Strong analytics and ability to manage inventory health and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end device accessories category plan: demand, supply and inventory health across SKUs.
• Lead launch forecast and initial order quantities for device launches and weekly regional allocations.
• Manage re-orders, stock transfers and pricing interactions to optimize stock levels.
• Monitor KPIs such as Availability, Forecast Accuracy and E&O and report to leadership.
