Job summary

Mous in Lahore is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own the Device Accessories category plan end to end—demand, supply, and inventory health across cases, screen protectors, accessories and wireless chargers—and represent the category to the Senior Leadership Team. You will forecast for device launches, manage allocations across regions and channels, and own KPI like Availability and Forecast Accuracy.

The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with UK, Pakistan and China teams and line

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in demand planning, category planning or S&O for a fast-moving, high-SKU category.
• Experience building launch forecasts with no sales history (downside/mid/upside).
• Advanced Excel capability with large data sets (1000+ SKUs, multiple warehouses and channels).
• Ability to quantify trade-offs between availability and E&O (units, cash, margin).
• Experience coaching/mentoring a junior planner.

Responsibilities

• Own NPD demand planning for device launch calendar (iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung) including initial forecast and IOQ.
• Own launch allocations, weekly top-ups and restocks across channels.
• Track launch performance and turn it into re-order decisions.
• Own monthly forecast updates for existing SKUs and quarterly corrections.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Marketplaces, Pricing, Product, Retail, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Data and SLT.
• Line manage one Demand Planner and develop the team.
