Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an IT & Marketing Support Coordinator (Delivery Platforms) to manage store listings and product catalogs on Uber Eats and DoorDash, with POS/tablet integrations and promotions setup.

You will remotely troubleshoot basic issues, coordinate with PriceBook to ensure pricing accuracy, create promotions, edit product images with AI tools, and communicate with US store managers and the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) with ability to communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Comfortable with computers and apps, including basic troubleshooting of software and hardware (tablets, POS, logins).
• Familiar with AI-based image editing/design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized with recurring weekly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain store listings and product catalogs on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar delivery platforms, including integration with store POS and tablet systems where applicable.
• Resolve basic technical issues (order sync errors, tablet connectivity, login and account problems) by remotely guiding store staff, and expedite complex issues to platform support or IT.
• Coordinate with the PriceBook team to ensure delivery-platform pricing and product information match in-store pricing.
• Create, schedule, and update in-app promotions (e.g., free delivery over a set amount, percentage-off deals, and bundle offers), and track which ones perform best.
• Assist with the customer loyalty program, including updating point and discount rules and tracking participation.
• Enhance, edit, and standardize product and bundle images using AI-based tools, ensuring images accurately represent the actual products.
• Improve product titles and descriptions on each delivery platform so items are easier to find in in-app search.
• Pull and organize order data and performance reports from each platform for management.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with U.S.-based store managers, the Operations team, and platform support by phone and email.
