METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a delivery coordination professional to manage customer deliveries, ensure orders are fulfilled in the correct quantity and specification, and maintain smooth interactions across Operations, Store management, HO, Buyers, and the Delivery team.

The role requires thorough knowledge of orders and stock, the ability to lead efficient delivery operations, and the responsibility to monitor fuel costs, update KPIs, and address customer complaints while gathering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/clients in right quantity and specification.
• Be thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer service.
• Coordinate with Operations, Store management, HO, Buyers, Field Sales and Delivery team as needed.
• Verify daily fuel costing and transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Update KPIs on a daily basis.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
• Acquire customer feedback on periodical basis.
• Coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses etc.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to achieve functional objectives and growth.

Education
