Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of software service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Dealership knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to learn product offerings and provide guidance.
Responsibilities
- Learn Contour’s product suite and dealership workflows.
- Respond to emails, calls, and chats, resolving issues or logging for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate tickets and contribute to knowledge base.
- Assist with testing and reproducing software problems with customers.
- Support team with follow-up calls to address issues.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
