Contour Software Lahore/Islamabad is seeking a Back Engineer to develop and maintain the web portal using .NET/C# and the .NET framework, with an eye toward new features and reliability. You will translate designs, write tests, and optimize performance across browsers and devices. The role requires 4+ years in .NET/C#, 4+ years in SQL Server, and 2+ years AWS experience.

Prior SaaS experience is a plus. You’ll join Contour's Global Centre and contribute to a cloud-based solution for CSI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in .NET/C# development.
• 4+ years of SQL Server development.
• 2+ years AWS experience.
• Understanding and use of DevOps as part of the development process.
• Experience working for a SaaS based company developing a cloud-based solution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across web browsers and devices.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code.

The Position

The Back Engineer is primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance of the current web portal, and the development of new features to the web portal. The ideal candidate has the desire to learn new things, try new technology, and seek opportunities to grow and mentor. The position requires developing high-quality software with React JS and the .NET framework, and .NET, meeting functional requirements and the architectural direction of the senior team. The chosen individuals will work out of the Contour Software Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Required Skills
